Before I left The Firm, I was using a wiki library to manage one of my client teams. Instead of a word-based closing agenda, we used a wiki page.  For the team it was a similar process to what they had been doing. It just took fewer steps. Once you edited the wiki page, the platform sent out the notifications, saving you from having to send out emails.</description>
