That said, I definitely go the extra mile for people who go the extra mile for me -- whether or not they have a law degree.  Sometimes, all they have to do is to let me know that my assistance made a difference.  That&#039;s part of what makes my job rewarding -- and fun.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Mary</description>

There will also always be a barrier between fee-earners and support services. I&#039;m not saying there aren&#039;t some good example of people who &quot;have fun&quot; with fee-earners one of my colleagues does exactly that but she was a fee-earner previously.</description>
